Terra Reporting Consortium Named Top 3 in Love Tomorrow Corporate Partnering Challenge
Terra Reporting, BouwData and Bimplan have been selected as one of the Top 3 teams moving forward in the Corporate Partnering Challenge at Love Tomorrow 2026.
The consortium presented its shared vision for predictive carbon intelligence in the construction industry on the Elixir Stage at the Tomorrowland site.
The pitch addressed a growing challenge for construction companies: how to move beyond retrospective carbon reporting and use CO₂ data to support decisions throughout the entire project lifecycle.
From Carbon Reporting to Predictive Intelligence
Construction companies already collect significant amounts of carbon and ESG data. However, this information is often used primarily for sustainability reporting and compliance after key project decisions have already been made.
The next step is to transform that data into actionable intelligence that can support decisions earlier, during estimating, planning, material selection and project execution.
By combining ESG data, construction expertise and AI-driven modelling, Terra Reporting, BouwData and Bimplan aim to help project teams understand the potential carbon impact of their choices before those choices are finalised.
Making Carbon a Core Construction Variable
Cost, planning and quality are already embedded in construction decision-making. The consortium’s ambition is to make carbon an equally actionable project variable.
Predictive carbon intelligence could enable construction teams to evaluate different scenarios, identify carbon reduction opportunities and make more informed decisions throughout a project.
This approach represents a shift from measuring environmental impact after the fact to actively managing it as projects develop—supporting both construction sustainability goals and increasingly complex ESG reporting requirements.
Moving Forward as a Top 3 Team
Being selected for the next phase of the Corporate Partnering Challenge is an exciting validation of this shared vision and the growing need for more actionable carbon intelligence in the built environment.
Terra Reporting, BouwData and Bimplan will continue developing the concept and exploring how ESG technology, construction data and AI can help the industry move towards more predictive and sustainable decision-making.
A big thank you to the Love Tomorrow organisers, jury, challenge partners and everyone who joined us at the Tomorrowland site.
